Grant is a professional actor, writer and producer with over 40 years experience in theatre, film and television.
Trained at NIDA, he is best known as Dr Simon Bowen in A Country Practice winning three Logie awards for the role he played for three years of it’s eleven year run.
For the past 15 years, Grant has combined his experience in theatre and film, researching, writing and dramatising workplace scenarios, targeting cultural and behavioural change for some of the county’s largest government, corporate and community institutions.
With colleagues Raj Sidhu, and Peter Hiscock, he established Realplaymedia, a company which uses a unique combination of professional actors, and experienced facilitators to develop bespoke training programs dealing with conflict, communication and relationships.
Peter Hiscock is one of Australia’s foremost television producers.
He has worked with the ABC on many of its most respected news and current affairs programs, and for many years, an award winning producer on the Nine Network’s prestigious SUNDAY program.
His production company Grubstreet Media, produced many corporate videos and documentaries including the Asia Pacific Screen Awards for the Queensland Government, screened on CNN International to over a billion viewers across the Asia Pacific Region.
In 2010, Peter joined with Grant and Raj to establish RealPlayMedia’s film and video production arm designing, writing and producing drama and documentary programs, training and recruitment videos for corporate and Government clients.
Also a NIDA graduate, Raj has been an actor, teacher and consultant in the corporate world training executives and staff in presentation skills, communication training, media coaching and conflict resolution.
Raj is a certified trainer in Human Synergistic LSI tools and has given individual executive coaching to many of Australia’s top executives in the field of leadership development, sales development, strategic thinking and planning.
At Realplaymedia, Raj writes, produces and develops multi-media online tools for large corporate and government institutions. Most recently he researched and developed training scripts for the Forum Sentencing Program commissioned by the NSW Justice and Attorney Generals Department, and “Taking Action”, a 30 minute drama for the ADF’s 2015 Mental Health Week.
